KAPO VPN provides an encrypted VPN service. Access is tied to an anonymous account number and a subscription measured in days. We may improve, change, or add servers and features over time.
Your account number is the only key to your subscription. Keep it safe. Because accounts are anonymous, we cannot recover a lost account number and cannot prove ownership - anyone holding it can use the time on it. Treat it like cash.
You agree not to use KAPO to: attack, scan, or disrupt networks or systems; send spam; distribute malware; engage in activity that sexually exploits or endangers children; or break the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or terminate an account that causes serious harm or abuse without refund. Report abuse to abuse@kapovpn.com.
Subscriptions are prepaid in cryptocurrency and add a fixed number of days to your account. Because payments are in crypto and service is delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are shown before you pay.
We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular server or location will always be online. Networks may reboot on schedule; connections re-establish automatically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAPO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the laws that apply to you. A VPN protects your connection; it is not a licence to do unlawful things.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
