Node status

Jurisdiction, deliberately. Iceland, Finland, and Malaysia were chosen as exit points partly for latency, but mainly because none of the three sit inside the Five Eyes or Fourteen Eyes intelligence-sharing alliances. That's a stated design decision, not a coincidence of where servers were cheap.

What "up" means here. This page checks whether each node's agent process is reachable - it does not (yet) confirm the AmneziaWG tunnel itself is handshaking. A node can show "up" here and still have a separate tunnel-level issue. We'll tighten this check over time.
